Good stay at this centrally located hotel with attentive staff.
I experienced several issues during my stay, including a persistent leak in the bathroom that took some time to fix. The WiFi connectivity was quite poor in the room, making it frustrating to stay connected. To top it off, the food variety was disappointing, particularly the desserts, which lacked flavor and options like ice cream.

Breathtaking Nile Views Daily
The hotel boasts a magnificent location right by the Nile, making early mornings special with stunning balloon views. The breakfast had delightful options and the staff were commendably friendly, ensuring you felt welcome throughout your stay.
However, the noise from outside was a bit distracting at night, and the service by the pool could be slow, which detracted from the overall experience.

Suitable for families seeking adventure
What a peaceful and cute stay! The staff were so friendly, always smiling and greeting us, especially Ali from guest relations, he helped us navigate the local sights like a pro.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it's acceptable for what we got.

The hotel's maintenance needs improvement, as some amenities showed signs of wear.

The Standard Double Room was decent. It had a clean vibe and a nice view of the Nile. The bathroom was great, stocked with plenty of hygiene products. We could hear some noise from the corridors though, which was a bit distracting. The bed was comfy enough, but honestly, the room could use a little updating. Despite that, we enjoyed our time!

The view from the Superior Double Room was exceptional, allowing for magnificent sunsets and a front-row seat to the bustling activity on the Nile. The staff were incredibly attentive, catering to all our needs and offering assistance whenever required. Food options were plentiful with several onsite restaurants that served both Egyptian and international cuisine.
WiFi could be better.
